My name is Austin May. I am currently the owner and lead consultant for May Legal Nurse Consulting, LLC and received my BSN at Ball State University in 2012. I use my 11+ years of nursing experience to analyze and interpret medical charts, prepare summaries including chronologies and timelines, locate expert witnesses, and evaluate cases for strengths and weaknesses to improve settlement outcome. I take an unbiased approach to all cases to provide the most accurate, fact-based review. If a case involves health, illness, or injury, my services are invaluable.

As an RN, I have held several positions. I started bedside in 2012 on the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. In 2019, I took a managerial position at IU Health Blackford Hospital over the Emergency Department and Medical/Surgical Department. As of June 2022, I practice clinically bedside on an as needed basis on the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Ball Memorial Hospital and on the Medical/Surgical Unit at Adam's Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Indiana.
